The Spring Valley Catering story is richly woven into the Washingtonian experience of Wagshal’s old world European charm, providing traditional classics and thru our connections to exclusive purveyors we have distinguished ourselves as serious foodies. We use only the best ingredients in our recipes: Grade A Prime Aged Black Angus Beef, hormone free chicken, locally grown pork, organic seafood and produce, artisanal cheeses, fresh baked breads & our own freshly carved deli meats, all provided by our in-house Market. Our exquisite cakes are custom designed and baked in house by our talented European trained Pastry Chef.
